- Kling API reference 문서화 closeout 완료권 진입이 아니라, **현 field-level scope 기준 closeout 완료**
- Omni-first narrow code-sync도 **현 scope 기준 closeout 가능**

- 구현용 초안 spec 작성: `docs/current/youtube-automation-v1-kling-spec.md`
- next step은 무작정 구현/프로빙이 아니라 **expanded Phase 3 entry prep**

## 다음 단계
1. closeout wording을 기준 문서들에 일관되게 유지
2. non-Omni policy를 provisional/caller-explicit로 문서상 명확히 유지
3. expanded Phase 3에서 먼저 검증할 smallest useful slice 선택
4. endpoint / payload status / expected create count 정리
5. explicit user approval 획득
6. 승인 후에만 첫 billable create 실행

## Expanded Phase 3 뜻
- deeper Omni verification
- non-Omni (`text2video` / `image2video`) 재검증
- verified / provisional / default-not-safe 경계 재정리
- legacy/non-current route는 current-production core 밖에서 별도 관리

## 남은 단계
- callback-reachable production validation
- broader helper retirement / provenance cleanup
- rate-limit/billing 실운영 검증
- long-form assembly pipeline 연결

아래는 사용자 승인 없이는 시작하면 안 됨:
- 첫 Phase 3 billable create
- hypothesis-only payload의 billable endpoint 전송
- 같은 immediate purpose로 2건 이상 create 비교 실행
